At Bake4lov Ltd, we take great pride in baking and delivering high-quality cakes made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please Note:

- All cakes are made fresh and to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind.

- If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged in transit or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, along with photos and a clear description of the issue. We will review the situation and respond accordingly.

- Refunds or replacements may be issued only at our discretion, depending on the nature of the concern.

We recommend double-checking your order details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy with flavours, sizes, dates, and delivery information.
